We will donate 1% of all net sales to a charity of our choice on a monthly basis. The chosen charity can change at any time and will be announced on all of our social media platforms.
Notify us by e-mail of your intention to return an item, and the reason for the return. If you suspect a manufacturer's defect, please send a photo of the defect by e-mail. Include your name, order number, proof of purchase, and indicate if you would prefer a refund or store credit
We would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Shipping times vary by geographic location. These are our (after a processing time of 5-20 business days*, see below)
United States, Canada, Europe: 8-20 Business Days *
Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 Business Days *
Central & South America: 10-20 Business Days *
Asia (except Vietnam, Hong Kong, and India**): 15-35 Business Days
Middle East & Africa: 15-35 Business Days *
Max delivery time from the date of order placed is 90 business days.
If the package is delayed a full refund cannot be applied until after the 90th business day.
* With some products the shipping confirmation notification may be delayed.
* All Shipping times excludes clearance/customs delays
* If the shipment is sent via ePacket due to lack of other carrier options, estimated delivery time is 20-50 days
**Shipping time to India is 30-60 days due to restrictions and limited carrier options.
Due to lockdowns in various countries and regions with respect to Covid-19, there may be additional unforeseen delays in the shipping times. It is our wish that these issues do not affect you greatly in receiving your product.
With the extreme amount of logistics backlog due to Covid-19 and the seasonal influx of orders, shipping delays can occur.
